Premier Energy acquires three wind farms in Vaslui County, Romania

Premier Energy PLC Group has acquired three wind farms and four additional locations with already executed components, all located within the Dranceni area (Vaslui County),

During this month, Premier Energy has finalized the acquisition procedure of the mentioned projects, totaling an installed capacity of 18 MW. The four additional locations will amount, upon completion, to a total installed capacity of up to 8 MW. Alive Wind Power One, fully controlled by Premier Energy PLC, is the project company established for this acquisition and to operate the respective projects. The acquired assets are in the field of electricity production and sales, as well as the sale of green certificates, and are owned by Self Concept SRL.

"This month we have completed new acquisitions made in the last four months. We will continue with this bullish approach, as we have said before, and at the same time, we are consolidating the synergies within the group around the three business verticals," said Jose Garza, CEO of Premier Energy Group.
