23 MW solar park completed in Romania

Green Forum
The “Da Vinci New Project” solar park in Nanov, Teleorman County, has been completed with funding from Romania's National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), according to Energy Minister Sebastian Burduja.

Spanning roughly 24.7 hectares, the plant has an installed capacity of 23.106 MW and features 39,600 high-efficiency photovoltaic panels (CHSM72N – 585 W), along with 78 CPS275 KTL inverters, each rated at 275 kW. The facility is expected to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions—by around 88,310 tons of CO₂ equivalent—while generating clean, renewable energy.

Developed by Alive Capital, the project also includes an energy storage component currently under development. Once completed, the system will add 5 MW of power and 10 MWh of storage capacity to support grid stability and flexibility.
