Skanska introduces ESG+ office package

Green Forum
Skanska, one of the world's leading project development and construction groups, introduced its ESG+ office package, responding to evolving market dynamics and EU regulations while recognizing the growing importance of sustainability and employee well-being.

This comprehensive offering provides tenants with a range of services tailored to foster sustainable workplaces and facilitate non-financial reporting.

ESG+ is the result of Skanska's collaboration with industry stakeholders, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and promote environmental stewardship and employee welfare. Whether existing or prospective tenants, they can leverage Skanska's expertise in various domains, spanning from designing ergonomic spaces to addressing carbon footprint concerns and facilitating ESG reporting.

"In today's fast-changing market landscape, merely providing office space is insufficient. Skanska understands that true value lies in addressing tenants' holistic needs. Our ESG+ service package goes beyond compliance; it empowers our clients to prioritize their core objectives: business growth and team well-being. Ultimately, it's an investment in a brighter future for all," notes Tamara Guleryuz, Leasing & Asset Manager at Skanska.
