EY advises on sale of Polish solar portfolio

EY advised Alternus Energy Group, a leading international solar PV operator and developer, in selling a portfolio of operational solar PV projects in Poland totaling 89 MW.

Alternus Energy Group, a utility-scale transatlantic clean energy independent power producer (IPP), currently listed on Nasdaq, has divested a portfolio of operating solar PV assets in Poland to SINO-CEEF, a private equity investment company headquartered in Hong Kong.

EY acted as the sole M&A advisor for Alternus Energy Group in the transaction and ran a competitive international auction process.
