Polenergia acquires full stake in Naxxar wind farm

Green Forum
Polenergia has acquired an additional 40% of the project company Naxxar Wind Farm Four SRL (NX4), which is developing one of the largest onshore wind farm projects in the region, with an estimated capacity of approximately 685.6 MW, located in Tulcea County.

With this acquisition, the company has become the sole shareholder of NX4, having previously entered the Romanian market in October 2023 by acquiring 60% of Naxxar Wind Farm Four.

The agreement signed about a year ago between the two parties stipulated that Polenergia would also acquire the remaining shares in NX4, according to the law firm Muşat & Asociaţii, which assisted Naxxar Renewable Energy in the transaction.
