ELI Park Iași secures BREEAM certification

Green Forum
ELI Park Iași, the industrial project developed by Element Industrial, has achieved BREEAM certification, making it one of the most sustainable industrial developments in the Moldova region.

The park, spanning 21,000 sqm, is a key part of ELI Parks' broader expansion strategy, which focuses on establishing modern logistics and industrial hubs near major Romanian cities.

"ELI Park Iași proves that even in the industrial sector, developments can meet the highest international standards, tailored to today's demands for efficiency and environmental responsibility," stated representatives of ELI Parks.

The project's location offers easy access to main transportation routes, making it an attractive choice for logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing operations.

The certification comes at a time when ESG criteria are increasingly vital for tenants in the logistics and industrial sectors when selecting operational spaces.
