Polenergia to supply 13,500 MWh of green Energy to Invesco

Green Forum
Colliers has successfully supported Invesco Real Estate in negotiating and signing four Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (cPPAs) with Polenergia Sprzedaż, a leading player in the Polish renewable energy sector.

These agreements will ensure the supply of green electricity, backed by guarantees of origin, to a number of Invesco's prestigious commercial properties located in Warsaw, Krakow, and Poznan.

As part of the collaboration, Colliers provided strategic consulting services to Invesco Real Estate, including the development of a tailored sourcing strategy aligned with the energy consumption profiles of the properties. Colliers also assisted in assessing business risks and validating energy pricing mechanisms, taking into account potential market phenomena such as negative pricing events and forced outages.

The properties benefiting from these green energy contracts include prominent landmarks such as the Plac Unii office and retail complex and the Q22 office tower in Warsaw, the Galeria Kazimierz shopping centre in Kraków, and the P2 office building in Poznań. All the energy supplied will come directly from Polenergia's wind farms, offering a transparent and traceable supply chain from renewable sources.
