Photon Energy to manage Greenvolt's solar assets in Hungary

Photon Energy N.V. has signed a contract with Greenvolt Power, a leading international wind, solar and energy storage developer, and part of Greenvolt Group, to provide asset management for the Client's Királyegyháza solar PV power plant.  

Covering 75 hectares, the facility is distributed across three municipalities (Királyegyháza, Szentlőrinc and Kacsóta) in the Szentlőrinc district of southern Hungary and has a combined installed capacity of 57 MWp. 

The Company will provide full asset management services to the Client, including contract management, owner representation, reporting, project management and technical management.

Photon Energy's Operations & Maintenance division now has a total of over 1.1 GWp of installed PV capacity under O&M and asset management contracts in its key CEE markets and Australia, with several additional contracts under negotiation and expected to be concluded by the end of the year. 

In Hungary, the Company currently has installed solar PV assets with a total capacity of 400 MWp under O&M and asset management contracts.
