Reckitt signs major lease at Garbe Park Klášterec nad Ohří

Green Forum
Garbe has started construction of a new 55,000 sqm hall at Garbe Park Klášterec nad Ohří II, with global consumer goods company Reckitt becoming the anchor tenant. The British multinational has leased 35,000 sqm of industrial space under a ten-year agreement and will move in during the Q2 2026.

"This strategic move is a milestone for our supply chain efficiency and increasing customer demand for reliable and fast deliveries. We choose strong partner in our preferred location without compromising on anything," said Mark Alderson, Global Procurement Director at Reckitt.

The location is attracting interest from other companies, with around 13,000 sqm of space still available for storage, logistics, or light manufacturing.

The warehouse meets high technical standards with a clear height of 12 metres, loading docks, and direct access points. The park benefits from connections to the D7 motorway and links to the D8, D6, and D5 motorways, providing ideal connectivity to Germany, particularly Bavaria and Saxony.

Garbe Park Klášterec nad Ohří II offers Class A industrial spaces with LED lighting, electric vehicle charging stations, a green façade, and rainwater flushing. The project complies with ESG criteria, EU Taxonomy, and BREEAM certification standards. Reckitt operates in more than 60 countries worldwide, producing health, hygiene, home care, and nutrition products.
