Romania's Simtel Team signs 13.4 million euro contract to build a PV park

Romanian technology and engineering company Simtel Team has secured a 13.4 million euro contract with an undisclosed metallurgy sector company to build a photovoltaic (PV) park.

Simtel Team will construct the solar plant in Calarasi County in southeastern Romania. The project is set to be completed within five months.

Simtel Team reported a net profit of €1.02 million for the first quarter of 2024, marking a 199% increase compared to Q1 2023, on revenues of €9.18 million, down 31%.
