Green Forum
Out of the €996.8 million in Green and Sustainable Bonds issued to finance eligible projects as of December 31, 2023, Raiffeisen Bank allocated over 9,400 loans totaling €932.7 million. Regarding environmental impact, the funded projects have resulted in annual savings of over 42,000 tons of CO2.

Through social loans, Raiffeisen Bank has supported nearly 3,200 SMEs employing over 51,000 individuals in underdeveloped regions of Romania, contributing to increased access to essential services.

Starting this year, Raiffeisen's product portfolio includes Investment Funds that can be fully concluded digitally, making contractual documentation and subscriptions just a few clicks away. The number of customers enrolling directly via the Smart Mobile app has more than doubled compared to the same period last year, with their satisfaction remaining consistently high at over 80 points in the Net Promoter Score (NPS).

For the first time on the Romanian market since mid-March, Raiffeisen Bank customers can view, in Smart Mobile, the total amount received from bank-paid interests in the previous year as well as the current year, for savings products (savings accounts and term deposits) held at Raiffeisen Bank. This new functionality provides them with the convenience of easily calculating their annual total non-salary income when they need to file a single declaration for the previous fiscal year.

Another functionality available in Smart Mobile since February addresses the legal necessity of periodically updating customers' identification data, an essential process for maintaining safety and compliance in the banking system. Raiffeisen Bank's solution allows for the updating of personal data through a convenient and simplified process, and customers who have renewed their identity cards can update them by simply photographing the ID card and following a few steps.

For added security of services, a new feature is available in Smart Mobile this year that allows users to report irregularities regarding card transactions. Users can dispute transactions when they have suspicions about them.

The Smart Market loyalty application has gained 100,000 new users in the last quarter, reaching a total of over 700,000 users being rewarded with cashback, points, and discounts from more than 135 partner merchants.
