Green Forum
Restart Energy, a Romanian company specializing in renewable energy, announced the completion of a 225 kW photovoltaic (PV) installation for the local pastry business, Cibibon.

The project has a capacity of 225 kW, was installed on the roof of the building in Piatra Neamț, Neamț County, and includes 450 panels covering a total area of 1,500 square meters.

The panels will produce 226 MWh of energy per year, resulting in an energy cost reduction of over 54,600 euros annually for the beneficiary company.

The total value of the project exceeds 123,000 euros, and the investment is expected to be recouped in approximately 2 years.

The solar panels will reduce CO2 emissions by approximately 71 tons per year and radioactive waste by 0.68 kg annually.

Cibibon is a supplier for the entire chain of PETRU bakeries nationwide. In its 13 years of activity, CIBIBON has achieved significant milestones by increasing production capacity supported by cutting-edge technological acquisitions, expanding distribution nationally, developing logistics, and, not least, investing in its team.
