Renovatio Solar installs 650 solar panels in Bucharest

Renovatio Solar, one of the leading players in the solar energy and green technology sector in Romania, has installed 650 photovoltaic panels on the ANA Hotels and Crowne Plaza buildings in Bucharest. 

The project was implemented under the motto "Go Green" - under which charging points for electric cars were also installed in the parking lots of ANA Hotels.

"We wanted to take our sustainability initiatives to the next level and, with the help of Renovatio Solar, we have installed photovoltaic panels that will partially meet the consumption needs of the Crowne Plaza hotel and our company headquarters, following investments totaling approximately €300,000," says Simona Constantinescu, Chief Operating Officer of ANA Hotels.

Lidl Romania has published its eighth sustainability report for the 2024 financial year, announcing accelerated progress in reducing environmental impact.
