FORMADE, the owner of online interior design retailer Fabryka Form, has renewed its lease at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park for a further term. The company has been operating at the park since 2021. Advisory firm Triflow represented the tenant during the renegotiation process.
Fabryka Form has been active on the Polish market since 2005, offering premium interior furnishings and design products from thousands of brands, ranging from furniture and lighting to kitchen and bathroom accessories and decorative items.
"Extending our lease at MLP Pruszków II is a natural continuation of our successful cooperation. A stable and functional logistics base enables us to efficiently expand our offering and respond even faster to the growing needs of our customers," said Michał Wrzesień, CEO of Formade/Fabryka Form. Agnieszka Góźdź, Member of the Management Board and Chief Development Officer at MLP Group S.A., added that "the lease renewal is the best confirmation that we provide space that genuinely supports our partners' business growth," noting that the park offers flexible solutions allowing occupiers to adapt space to evolving needs. "In the renegotiation process, the key priority was to secure terms that would support Fabryka Form's continued growth while ensuring operational continuity at a proven location," said Miłosz Borkowski, Partner at Triflow.
MLP Pruszków II is located in the municipality of Brwinów, approximately 5 km from Pruszków and close to Warsaw. Once fully developed, it will offer around 427,000 sqm of warehouse, production and office space. Selected buildings hold BREEAM certification and photovoltaic installations on rooftops support MLP Group's ESG strategy.
MLP Group owns and manages a portfolio with a total leasable area of more than 1.6 million sqm across Poland, Germany, Austria and Romania, with a net asset value of approximately PLN 3.2 billion as at the end of Q1 2026.
