Enexus, an integrated EPC company specializing in mid-to large-scale solar and storage projects, reported a strong year in 2024, with a €23 million turnover and over 250 MW contracted in Romania.

The company plans to exceed 600 MW of installed renewable capacity in 2025, expanding its EPC footprint across the Black Sea region.

With over 90% of revenue driven by EPC services for industrial clients, Enexus also delivered engineering, development, and O&M services to investors from Turkey and Southern Europe. The company now holds a development pipeline of 350 MW and is scaling operations to meet growing market demand.

“Our structure enables speed, efficiency, and alignment with market shifts,” said CEO Mesut Güler. CFO Iulia Meiroșu added: “Clients want clarity, speed, and trust. We simplify the investment process and ensure each project is scalable and bankable.”

In 2025, Enexus will continue diversifying its investor base, integrate more BESS solutions, and strategically grow its team while maintaining agility.

“Enexus is a trusted partner for renewable investors entering Romania and the Black Sea markets,” said CCO Alina Ștefan. The company remains focused on building a resilient, profitable clean energy ecosystem in a region poised for accelerated growth.
