Greenvolt Group has reached an agreement to sell a 231MW portfolio of wind and solar projects in Spain to Transiziona, a company owned by White Summit Capital, for up to €195 million.
The portfolio includes 28 projects at different stages of development and was sold through Greenvolt's collaboration with Green Mind Ventures.
The transaction covers a forward sale of 145MW through to commercial operation, along with an additional 86MW of greenfield projects.
According to Greenvolt, this deal reflects its strategy of rotating 70–80% of large-scale projects once they reach ready-to-build or operational phases.
Supported by KKR, Greenvolt has now completed around €530 million in utility-scale asset sales in 2025, including €333 million in divestments in Poland announced earlier this year.
At present, Greenvolt oversees a 13.2GW pipeline across 18 countries and is targeting at least 5.3GW to reach ready-to-build status by year-end.
